It’s been 2 years since ChatGPT exploded onto the scene and quickly became synonymous with modern generative AI. It started as an impressive novelty and quickly morphed into a daily driver for the vast majority of working professionals. AI tools like these have profoundly boosted the capacity of individuals to handle escalating demands of the corporate world, but something different is needed to achieve the same gains at an organizational level.

The notion here is to promote AI from a personal assistant to full-fledged badge-wearing agent of your company and allow it to take actions on your behalf. Today’s buzzwords to this effect are “Agentic” or “Autonomous” intelligence. This approach widens your bottlenecks by moving more of the execution to your fleet of robots and away from the inbox of your talented individuals. And it works! ..but only with the right tools.

Business runs on process, and any technology that isn’t equipped to model the needs of your enterprise isn’t ready for prime-time. Especially with AI in the mix.
