The Washington Post Names Macedon Technologies a Winner of the Greater Washington Area Top Workplaces 2017 Award

Reston, VA –  The Washington Post awarded Macedon Technologies a prestigious place on their Top Workplaces 2017 lists. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. 8th Best Small Workplace in Tech for 2016

Reston, VA –  Macedon Technologies was ranked No. 8 on the list, a ranking based on employees’ own assessments of their experiences of the camaraderie in Macedon’s workplace, its career development, financial and non-financial rewards, and the strength of its leadership team.

Macedon was selected based on evaluations by over 48,000 randomly selected employees from 155 participating companies in the technology sector. Employees anonymously answered 58 questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace. Companies achieving the highest overall results in their size categories were ranked based on this data.
