About Us
Macedon Technologies (previously known as Macedon Consulting) was founded by executives with deep backgrounds in Business Process Management, including pending patents, years of successful BPM consulting engagements, and management and oversight of the BPM practice at a large consulting company. Our goal is to implement systems while showing our customers the right way to use BPM, so they get the most value out of their technology investments.
Many of Macedon's engagements focus on solving the following business problems:
- Workers execute processes that are inefficient, manual, and error-prone
- Managers do not have visibility into how their teams are performing
- Executives do not have visibility into how their business units are performing
- Customers are dissatisfied with the quality of the company's responsiveness, accuracy, and performance
